In my opinion this is what happened. We did Roof Maxx for this guy along with some leak repairs. After a few rains he had a leak in a different area than the one we worked on. After back & forth with the BBB, CSLB, Bond Company, and the owner, we eventually had to go through arbitration with the CSLB and prove him wrong. He also had his daughter and her friends post bad reviews on yelp and google despite losing his case.
