In my opinion this is what happened.Tried to get us to change verbiage in the contract after the work was completed or he wouldn't pay. Reason is because he had prior leaks and wanted to blame us. He did wind up trying to blame us but we had pictures of everything. We also had a phone call where he admitted he could lie because he was the homeowner and they usually win no matter what. Wound up having to go to court and he never showed. Time waster.
