    In my opinion this is what happened. We built a Vinyl Fence for the owner's backyard. She didn't pay when it was due citing very minimal fixes. Wasn't nice to the crew. We had to lien the home and go to arbitration to get paid. The home looks like a lot of people have walked off the job.
