In my opinion this is what happened.This lady's roof was shot and we did what we could to help. There were many previous repairs that were obvious, but she kept firm there was never anyone up on her roof except us. Roof leaked, she tried to blame it on us. We told her she needed a new roof but she didn't have the money. She threatened to write bad reviews on us but I had to tell her we'd sue for libel. Plays victim role, doesn't have money, and will try to bully you into submission.
