    In my opinion this is what happened.Did Roof Maxx for this guy. We broke his skylight because it was old and brittle. We put in a new one, and that was it. He wanted more money out of it for the inconvenience, but he eventually gave up. About a year later he called and tried to make a deal with us because he got a leak. We told him to read his contract, and he said he already read it. He then later called and asked for a copy of it bc he lost it!. He kept trying to squeeze money out of us or he would report us. We stuck to our contract, and he eventually went away. He gives off the vibe that if something is broken, he have you come in and do something related to what is broken but not tell you, then try to get you to fix it for free or extort money out of you.
