Search matches on the full street address and tolerates the usual shorthand — St for Street, Cir for Circle, Ave for Avenue — plus small typos, so a report filed as 'Cir' still surfaces when you type 'Circle'. Every result shows the exact stored address and how confident the match is.
Results list the star score, the rating band, the trade that filed the report, and when it was submitted, newest first. Open a property to read the full narrative and the five-part score breakdown.
No results yet for an address just means nobody has filed on it. Work it, then come back and file the first report.
Why does my address return no properties?
Either no member has reviewed that address yet, or the address was stored in a different format. Try the street number plus the street name alone — the fuzzy match handles the rest.
Do I need an account to search?
No. Search and read approved reports without signing in. An account is only needed to file, edit, or flag a report.
How recent are the reports?
Results are sorted by submission date, newest first, and each card shows when it was filed so you can weigh older reports accordingly.
